Supplies needed:
- Clean Can
- Balloons
- Scissors
- Decorative duct tape
Cut the end off of a balloon.
Stretch it over the can. Pull it tight. The tighter you pull it, the higher the pitch.
Secure with duct tape. It is helpful to do two layers of balloon and tape to help it last longer. Use hands or dowels as drum sticks.
